Grande Anse

Interesting
Of course, the beach at Grande-Anse, 10km south of Saint-Pierre, is very appealing with its white sand, its filao trees and the rugged beauty of Piton de Grande Anse. But swimming in the turbulent waters frequented by sharks is extremely risky. If in spite of the warnings you just can't resist a dip, stick to the small natural pool on the left. Otherwise, stay out of the water and enjoy a pleasant day of relaxation. Grande-Anse beach now has quite a few facilities due to the increasing numbers of people coming here.
