Hunter House

Recommended
This elegant dwelling (1748) served as the home of ambassador William Hunter; as the home of two governers; and as the headquarters of Admiral Charles de Ternay, commander of the French Fleet during the American Revolution. The house is a beautiful example of the 18C Colonial style.
