Chinatown

Recommended
The most famous entrance to Chinatown is the red and gold Goodwill Gate, one of the ten gates marking the boundaries of Japan's largest Chinese district. All the gates were built following feng shui principles and are adorned with brightly coloured guardian deities. The focal point of this Chinatown, a small thriving district full of restaurants, is the Buddhist Kantei-byo Temple, dripping with ornamentation and glinting with a thousand colours beneath its impressive bestiary of dragons and octopus.
