Gwangju National Museum

Gwangju National Museum, whose collection comprise s over 50 000 objects, is reputed for its magnificent celadon ceramics dating from the Goryeo Period (10-11C). Celadon, "cheongja" in Korean, refers to glazed ceramic ware ranging from translucent green to blue-grey.
