Casa Rodrigo de Bastidas

Interesting
Casa Rodrigo de Bastidas, built in the 16C and 18C, belonged to the Bastidas, an illustrious Santo Domingo family. Inside is a lovely patio. Outside there is a statue of Santa Bárbara, patron saint of soldiers, the presence of which can be explained by the fact that this huge house in an ideal location once served as a military barracks and hospital.
