St James Rum Museum

The St James Rum Museum, created by the company of the same name, provides an excellent initation into the history and farming of sugarcane, and indeed to the tastes of rum, since the visit includes a tasting session. With the museum, distillery, and park, you experience total immersion. Steam engines, stills and two locomotives are exhibited, because the sugarcane used to be transported by train to the distillery station. The factory, still in operation, is open to the public from February to June.
