Museum of Musical Instruments

Highly recommended
Since June 2000, the admirable Old England Art Nouveau building, designed by Paul Saintenoy in 1899, has housed this internationally renowned museum of musical instruments (MIM). Some 7 000 instruments from all over the world and from every era make up the collection, which is displayed over four floors. Headsets are available for visitors to hear how each instrument sounds and listen to music ranging from carnival songs to famous arias, played on the most rudimentary to the most modern electronic instruments.
