Rue Limogeanne

Interesting
This shopping street used to lead to Porte Limogeanne gateway and is lined with beautiful Renaissance town houses such as Hôtel de Méredieu (no12), Maison Estignard (no5) and Maison Lapeyre (no1). In the centre of the transom over the door of no7, you can see the initials of Antoine Courtois. He exported the partridge pâtés he made here as far as the court of Austria in the 18C.
