Place du Gén.-de-Gaulle

Opposite the modern tower, the prison has become a monument to the memory of the Resistance and victims of Nazism. In the centre, the charming and graceful statue, Normandy Milkmaid by Pierre Derbré, is a reminder that life goes on.
