Interesting
To the north of the Carnoët Forest which flanks the River Laïta, Quimperlé has a waterfront still redolent of its historic port, today used by pleasure craft. The town has the fine Romanesque church of Ste Croix and several medieval houses, notably in rue Dom-Morice. Quimperlé is the ideal base from to discover accessible forests and the nearby coastline.
