Museum of Sound, St-Fargeau

Interesting
Phonographs, radios and all manner of mechanical musical instruments make up this collection, one of the best of its kind anywhere. In working order, phonographs, barrel organs and fairground organs make for a nostalgic experience. The golden age of radio is traced with hundreds of sets on display, demonstrating their technical prowess with archive material including the voices of Pope Leo XIII and Sarah Bernhardt.
