Musée municipal de Pontarlier

The Municipal Museum is housed in a 16C bourgeois mansion decorated with modern stained-glass windows. It contains archaeological collections, an explanation of the story of the Green Fairy, and earthenware and paintings from the region, including Autoportrait au chien by Gustave Courbet.
