Place de la Liberté

A statue of Etex depicts General Lecourbe. At the end, the rococo facade of the theatre there is a clock that plays two bars of the Marseillaise before sounding the hours. The emblem of the city is the Tower of the Clock which used to defend the entry to the fortified town.
