Tourelles Gallo-Roman Farmhouse

The archaeological finds from the site are displayed in a farm building. There is an exhibition explaining the production of wine in the Gallo-Roman era: various vats, wine presses and jars give visitors an idea how winegrowers worked in ancient times. Visitors can also taste the "archaeological" wines made by the farmhouse: mulsum, tasting of honey and spices or turriculae, produced by the methods described in the 1C by the agronomist Columella.
