Rue Toulouse-Lautrec

A vestige of the town's prosperity in the woad business, the Hôtel Decazes (n° 10 rue Toulouse-Lautrec) illustrates the change from Renaissance to Classical; its impressive stone staircase is splendid. The street also contains the Hôtel Lapérouse and the Hôtel du Bosc, where Toulouse-Lautrec was born. It is located on the site of the former 14C ramparts (of which two towers and part of the wall-walk remain).
