Côte d'Opale

Recommended
The Opal Coast extending between Boulogne and Calais forms a succession of dunes, dry valleys and craggy cliffs overlooking the Strait of Dover. The most spectacular part of the coastline, between the sea and the sky, is the Opal Coast bluff, where the cliffs skirt the Boulonnais hills. It is strongly recommended to stop by Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez in order to enjoy magnificent views of the coastal area and of the English coast.
