Chantilly Forest

This is a vast forest area of around 6,300 ha, patiently put together during five centuries by hunt-loving gentlemen. Currently it contains oak trees, limes, hornbeams and pines. The home of the Institute of France, it has a very dense network of forest roads favourable for walking.
