Terra Amata human palaeontology museum

Located on a prehistoric site where the oldest human dwellings (400,000 years old) have been found, this museum presents an educational exhibition of carved stone tools, bone remains, casts of dwelling floors, laboratory analyses of the environment and climate, the excavations themselves and reconstructions.
