Musée de Brou

Interesting
Located next to the church, the Museum is housed in the royal monastery of Brou, which is unique in France as it has three two-storey cloisters. In addition to the architectural interest, the collection includes paintings from the 16C to the present day (note the portrait of Margaret of Austria by B. van Orley, in addition to works by Gustave Doré, Gustave Moreau and Utrillo), sculptures and lapidary arts.
