Caves

Interesting
The Soyons caves are a key site for the study of Neanderthal man. Follow the botanical trail to discover the important network of underground galleries starting from the Trou du Renard (foxhole) and leading to several chambers which can be visited. Decorated with concretions of various shapes, some impressive in size, these chambers seem to have been occupied very early on by cavemen and animals, as borne out by the bones of bears, wolves and lions discovered here.
