Cathedral Square, Rouen

Opposite the cathedral the old finance offices occupy an elegant Renaissance building from 1510. On the left of the church square, the Espace Monet-Cathédrale has replaced the former convention centre. Thanks to this construction by Jean-Paul Viguier, and which contains housing and shops, the Renaissance façade of the Hôtel Romé can once again be seen. Inside, a lift takes you to the top, from where there is a pretty view over the city.
