Jesuit Church, Mannheim

Interesting
This massive building, built between 1733 and 1769, is considered the largest Baroque church in the Upper Rhine region. The interior, bathed in light, is covered with marble stuccowork in red and green tones. See the Silver Madonna in her Crown of Light, the work of the Augsburg goldsmith JI Saler.
