Alexanderhaus

Two buildings on the Alexanderplatz, the Alexanderhaus and Berolinahaus, are typical of the Rationalist style of architecture imported from the United States in the 1930s. Badly damaged during the war, the two buildings have since been restored and are now home to a consortium of banks.
