Hadrian's Library

Odós Dexipou offers a good viewpoint over Hadrian's Library, a vast complex built in 131-132 AD. Portions of wall that formed the wing of the building are still standing (to the right, in Eolou Street). To your left, at the other end of the site, the west wall's series of columns is well-preserved.
