Szabó Ervin Library

Interesting
The Szabó Ervin library is housed in a complex made up of three integrated buildings. The main building is the Neo-Baroque Wenckheim palace, whose exterior is adorned with marvellous wrought-iron railings. The library, much loved by students, is open to visitors (admission fee). Admire the boudoirs and ballrooms on the fourth floor. The smoking room is decorated with magnificent carved wood panelling. The café at the entrance occupies the site of the former palace stables.
