Palazzo dell'Accademia delle Scienze

Highly recommended
Built in the 17C by Guarini, the palace is today the headquarters of the Academy of Science founded in 1757 by mathematician Giuseppe Luigi Lagrange. It also houses one of Italy's most beautiful museums, the Egyptian Museum.
