Piazza S. Oronzo

This vibrant square in the centre of the old town is dominated by the statue of the Patron Saint of the town who occupies one of the two columns that marks the end of Via Appia. It is bordered on its south side by the ruins of the old amphitheatre. In addition, there is a small Saint Mark's church built by the Venetian colony, the antique Seggio Palace and the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (1592-1606).
