Saint- Bartholomews Cathedral of Lipari

Situated in the Citadel (the castle), this church was founded in the medieval period but was rebuilt during the Spanish era and embellished with a new façade in the 19C. The neighbouring cloisters however, dates back to the Norman period. Opposite a staircase cut directly into the perimeter walls takes you down to the town.
