Church of Saint George of the Genoese

Not far from the oratory of Saint "Cita" is the only example of Late Renaissance architecture in Palermo: the church of San Giorgio dei Genovesi, built by the community of Genoese merchants, many of whom are buried here as the lovely tombstones bear witness.
