Esplanade of the ramparts

Interesting
A 4 km stretch of shaded esplanade enables you to see the ramparts - which go right around the city and which were built in the 16 and 17C -, on foot or by bike. They are eleven bastions in total, connected by curtains which have a base-width of 30 m and which have 4 doors set into them.
