European Court of Justice

Recommended
Since 1973, this unusual building has been the seat of the European Union Court of Justice and underwent its fourth extension in 2008. Designed by French architect Dominique Perrault, the first court was comprised of a glazed structure (by Conzemius in 1973, of which it is still possible to make out the four original floors), to which 24-floor twin towers were added. The complex is linked by an underground glazed passageway.
