Hagar Quim Temple

Highly recommended
Built at the same time as the Mesopotamian and Egyptian city-states, the Hagar Quim Temple was constructed using Maltese limestone. Apses, gigantic standing stones and statues of human figures go to create a remarkably complex ensemble. The Mnajdra Temple close by is equally impressive.
