Abdij Rolduc (Rolduc Abbey)

Interesting
This old abbey now houses a cultural centre, a secondary school and a seminary. The abbey, begun in the early 12C and often restored (in particular by Cuypers in the 19C), is surrounded by 17C and 18C buildings. On the west side, the façade consists of a massive tower-porch flanked by two square towers. The capitals in the nave are very varied. In addition, the capitals in the Romanesque crypt are remarkable.
