Stokstraat

Stokstraat is a pleasant pedestrianised street whose attractive restored houses from the 17 and 18C, are decorated with pediments, stone façades, and shop signs and contain art, antique and print shops. At no. 28, there is a façade decorated with sculpted friezes. On a small square called Op de Thermen, a paving shows the site of the old Roman baths whose remains were discovered in 1840.
