Markiezenhof

Interesting
This building, which for the most part of dates back to the 15C and 16C is one of the most beautiful late Gothic urban palaces of Western Europe. The Marquess of Bergen op Zoom lived there until 1795. The interior is now a cultural centre, the highlights of which are a museum, a gallery for temporary exhibitions, a library and a restaurant. The small arcaded courtyard is very picturesque.
