Boompjes

Interesting
An elegant avenue, where a double row of lime trees was planted in the 17C, Boompjes is today a modern thoroughfare lined with numerous cafés and restaurants, apartment buildings and offices. Three towers (Boompjestorens), designed by H Klunder, dominate the area. At night the red, yellow and blue columns of light with which they are illuminated reflect in the waters of the Leuvehaven. Willemswerf, a white building 92m high, contains the offices of Nedlloyd.
