Museumpark

Recommended
The Museumpark, inaugurated in 1993, was created to designs by Rem Koolhaas, an architect who is a native of Rotterdam. It is made up of three areas. The first is covered in gravel and small apple trees. The second includes an asphalted podium. The third is romantic in style and includes a pond and winding path. Situated amongst a number of important museums, the park and its surroundings have for a number of years been the cultural centre of Rotterdam.
