Nossa Senhora da Consolação church

This church, located south of the Largo de Santa Clara was built in the 16C in the Renaissance style. It is an octagonal building whose interior is covered with attractive multi-coloured azulejos from the 17C. The pulpit, supported by a marble column, has a 16C wrought-iron support.
