Castle and Hermitage of Our Lady of the Eagle

Walls and towers make up the remains of a castle dating from the Almohad era (Berber dynasty that reigned over Andalucía in the 12C) that has now been laid out as a playground. In the centre, the 14C-16C Hermitage of Nuestera Señora del Aguila (Our Lady of the Eagle), surmounted by a crenellated brick tower, bears traces of a medieval fresco.
