Roda de Isábena The Essential
This tiny and superb village stands on a rocky spur in an impressive mountain setting. Roda de Isábena's little streets are great for a stroll among the ancient façades, untouched by the passage of time. Its cathedral has a chevet with Lombard bands (11C) and houses the tomb of St Raymond, which is adorned with multi-coloured bas-reliefs. One of the cloister chapels is decorated with 13C frescoes.
