Plaça d'Espanya

From this square, dominated by a monumental fountain decorated with sculptures by Miquel Blay (1866-1936), you can enter the enclosure of the exhibition centre. Two towers inspired by the Campanile of Venice serve as entrances. From the towers you will be treated to a spectacular view over ReinaMaría Cristina avenue, dominated by the Font Màgica, a luminous fountain designed by Gaietà Buïgas, and over the steps which lead to the National Palace.
