Convento del Carme

Interesting
The fine Carmelite convent in the Catalan Gothic style, stands to the south of the ramparts. Built in the 13C, it is depicted by a handsome polygon church and chapels between buttresses (1400). The cloister, built in the 14C, is very graceful. The edifice is home to the Museu del Castell de Peralada.
