Museum of Ethnography

Interesting
This museum, home to 300,000 objects, represents the largest ethnographical collection of Switzerland and is renowned for its international cultural artefacts: Oceania, pre-Colombian America, Tibet and Bali. The collections are displayed during temporary exhibitions that are staged in a Neo-Classical building (1849) topped by a modern extension designed by architects Herzog and de Meuron.
