Rosengart Collection

Recommended
This museum was founded in 2002 by Angela Rosengart, daughter of art dealer Siegfried Rosengart. These two collectors have donated several works by Picasso, to whom they were close, to the city of Lucerne. Like her father, Angela Rosengart has shown her attachment to the city by making public one of Europe's finest private collections: over 200 19C-20C modern artworks, with Picasso (32 paintings and 15 drawings, mainly later works) and Klee (125 works) featuring prominently.
