Explore-at-Bristol

The interactive science museum, Explore-at-Bristol, opened in July 2000. It is housed in an old railway shed with three floors and seeks to promote research and education in science. The exhibition explores the workings of the brain, inventions harnessing the power of nature, land and air transport, and natural phenomena such as sound, magnetism and tornados. There is also a section on human, social and digital communications.
