St John the Baptist's Church

Interesting
This 14C church with a battlemented tower and spire stands over a triple arch on one of the six medieval gateways in the city walls. It contains some interesting 17C woodwork (lectern, communion table, hour-glass) and an earlier brass in the chancel.
