Millennium Bridge

This sparkling steel footbridge was launched across the Thames by the architect Norman Foster. The bridge is 320m in length and joins the City with Bankside and hence St Paul's Cathedral with the Tate modern. On the southside it starts with an original access ramp designed by the sculptor Anthony Carob.
