Piccadilly Circus

Interesting
This crossroads, once considered as the centre of the British Empire, must be seen at night under the flashing luminous signs where it is always a symbolic place. Looking down upon the chaos of passers-by and vehicles, Eros of Piccadilly Circus is a sort of mascot for London like the Mannekinpis is for Brussels. In actual fact it is an Angel of Christian charity, a gilded bronze effigy over a fountain.
