Sion Road

Sion Road runs alongside the grounds of York House down towards the Thames and passenger ferry. Nearby is Sion Row, a terrace of twelve three-storey houses built in 1721 with a uniform cornice. Running parallel to the river is a line of houses of all periods, such as the Ferry House with its three floors of white stucco and slate roof, and Riverside House, a rambling structure beneath broad eaves.
