Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

Interesting
On the aerodrome, the memorial, initially called Historic Aircraft Flight and founded in 1957 was intended to preserve the famous planes used during World War Two. In the hangars, you can see five Spitfires, two Hawker Hurricanes (one was repaired after an accident in 1991), a Lancaster, a Douglas Dakota DC-3, two Chipmunks (used for training) and a Devon.
